Terms of Service

• We are selling a 30 day license to use the backupgallery.exe program.
• By using this license/software you agree:
  • Not to sue Backup Gallery or its developer.
  • That use of this software may violate the terms of your service agreement with Kodak.
  • Not to hold Backup Gallery or its developer liable if Kodak cancels your service.
  • That Kodak may change its website in ways that will cause the Backup Gallery software to stop working.

Privacy

• The backupgallery.exe program sends the following information to Backup Gallery servers when it is run:
  • Your email address and license key
    
  • The number of albums downloaded and the number of errors encountered.
    
• Your password is never sent to Backup Gallery servers.
  
• Your photos / photo urls are never sent to Backup Gallery servers.
  
• After successful backup, if you so choose, a 1 time email will be sent to your friends.
• If you decline this option no emails are sent and no email addresses are sent to our servers.
• We will not resell your email address or those you choose to share with us.
